| Shipping
Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you require express delivery please request via email and we will contact you with shipping costs.
Parcels will require a signature on delivery, our couriers only deliver during working hours so if you cannot be available to accept a parcel, please provide an alternative delivery address.
For deliveries outside of the UK Mainland please contact us with your order request and we will calculate the postage costs depending on the weight of the parcel.
The delivery charge is set at £ 6.50 for all orders up to 20 jars for orders in excess of 20 jars postage will be free for UK mainland addresses (with the exception of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and any other UK non mainland destinations)
Any claims for non delivery, shortages or breakages must be made in writing within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
